Spreading Love on Valentine’s Day

Hi Creatives! I hope everyone had a great weekend and Valentine’s Day! I always like to think of Valentine’s Day from the perspective of how I can show love to others. Not only does it feel good to give to others but it also gives the holiday a different spin. This year I made letterpress cards using the Chandler and Price Pilot Press at Baltimore Print Studios and shared them with friends and family.

My family and I went out over to weekend to celebrate my mom’s birthday and exchange Valentine’s Day cards. Exchanging cards with my family is one of my favorite traditions! My husband and I decided to go against the grain and go out to dinner the day before Valentine’s Day! Neither of us really like crowds so it worked out great! On Valentine’s Day I prepared a romantic dinner complete with steamed lobster tails and shrimp and some of our favorite romantic tunes!

    You have been MIA lately…maybe hard at work on another project?!
    I am glad that you all enjoyed Valentine’s Day! I wanted to keep it low key after doing WAY too much for my husband’s birthday the week before. He had two dozen roses delivered to my office and then he made dinner. We watched CAMELOT from our DVR. Perfecto!
